The corporation core competence is the base which helps it win long-term competitive advantage. So evaluating it scientifically means a great deal to the enterprise. National manufacturing industry is one of the key components of national economy. Management efficiency and technology capacity of industrial enterprises directly impact the development of manufacturing industry and national economy. DEA was solved in the 1980s by A. Charnes. Considering that the evaluation system of industrial enterprises features large quantity data, high complexity and standard discrepancy, DEA models are used to set up a Industrial Enterprises Core Competence Evaluation System. And MATLAB software is selected for working out the results, all these are provide thread to build a IECCESS.At the beginning of the thesis, it introduces the theory and basic models, valid sort method and sensitivity analysis of DEA. And then, the thesis analyzes the inscapes of industrial enterprises. A comprehensive Industrial Enterprises Core Competence Evaluation System is established, which covers management efficiency, technology capacity, quality assurance, manufacturing capability and custom support capability. In the following part, the thesis establishes a Industrial Enterprises Core Competence Evaluation Input/Output System based on DEA. Uses MATLAB as computational software and programs the procedures. Concrete analysis is carried out by using the relative efficiency evaluation model, valid sort model and sensitivity analysis model under IECCES.The research result indicate that DEA model has the forecast and advise ability to the IECCES. It could effectively provide import thoughts and methods for the evaluation and management of the national industrial enterprises.
