Research On Publication Of Urban Housing Reconstruction Information In Wuhan

There have been a lot of problems in urban housing reconstruction management which in the process of Wuhan land resources management. Wuhan city government has done a lot in this work, but information is not yet public completely, mainly manifested in the form of the single content,poor practicality,bad information transmission,exchange and feedback;When trying to analysis the original reason,we find,not only there is plenty of space for development in the application of information technology , many advantages of information technology do not fully demonstrate in the publication work, but also the leakage of personal privacy that exist in reconstruction,falsification of data and other information security threat must take into account. In addition to our information-opening have a relatively short history, but more important, the reasons for this phenomenon are the imperfect state laws and regulations, the limitation of provisions,the existence of the government bureaucracy and rent seeking, weak public consciousness which are restricting step of rapidly and healthy development of information-opening. In the process of exploration and practice of information publication, the research of the evaluation of information publication which as a monitoring tool has been put on the agenda gradually. This article said, to evaluate Wuhan City housing reconstruction information-opening, we must study form the publication work, transparent and public satisfaction assessment, which constitute the three plates of a modeling assessment. Through evaluation, we make a conclusion that Wuhan City housing reconstruction information publication work needs improvement in several aspects at the present.
