Countermeasure Research On Integration Of Zheng-Bian

Zhongyuan urban agglomeration which is centered on Zhengzhou and importantly supported by Luoyang and Kaifeng is the core area of contacting south and north as well as east and west in China. Thus it has the best developing conditions and basis in Henan province and the development of Zhongyuan urban agglomeration will directly influence the process of urbanization in Henan province. As a result of this, constructing such a Zhongyuan urban agglomeration and propelling its integration are not only necessary for Henan province to speed up the urbanization, but also very meaningful in the economic structure of whole China.However, compared with other urban agglomerations in developed areas of China, Zhongyuan urban agglomeration is small-scale, slack-relation and weak in economy and it is still the isolated planning agglomeration. Among the cities in Zhongyuan urban agglomeration, Zhengzhou and Kaifeng are in the most suitable conditions to being integrated. The integration of Zhengzhou and Kaifeng is not only the breakthrough and demonstration of constructing Zhongyuan urban agglomeration, but also good experience. At this point, the integration of Zhengzhou and Kaifeng has the great significant.The theme of this paper is how to propel the integration of Zhengzhou and Kaifeng. At first ,the fundamental situation,the magnificent prospect and the necessity are been pointed out ; Secondly, from the view of basis and conditions of integrating Zhengzhou and Kaifeng, the basic conditions and feasibility of integration of Zhengzhou and Kaifeng are been analyzed; Thirdly, problems in integrating of Zhengzhou and Kaifeng are been illustrated: the main obstacles are administrative barriers,defects in the market system and weak impetus of Zhengzhou; At last, according to the problems ,the following solutions are been given: renew ideas,reasonably dispose resources and arrange producing elements and speed up the integration of digital cites.
