The Study Of The Efficient Supply Mode Of City Public Goods In The Process Of Chinese Urbanization

After World War II, the western developed country have entered the Post-industrialization society one after another, the urbanized speed is also become slow, gradually enters the mature stage. In the urbanized pattern, has successively experienced the centripetal urbanization, the suburb, the counter urbanization, the again urbanization four development phases. our country is a developing country, the urbanized development have very big disparity compare to west developed country .Up to 2005, our country's urbanization rate have already reached 42.99%, China now has being in an essential "acceleration" stage of American Northam three stages urban development theories, if we want to keep urban economy developing vastly and consistent, the effective supply of city public goods are indispensable factor of impetus.This paper mainly detects an effective mode of the supply of the city public goods because of one characteristic of our country that urbanization tenor becomes obvious day by day. The article first makes a comprehensive induction and analysis to the correlated definition and the characteristics of the public goods and the city public goods, to provide the concept foundation for the effective mode of the supply of the city public goods which will be analyzed next. In the second part, combine the realistic situation of urbanization at present in our country, analyzing the present situation of the supply and demand of the city public goods. It mainly included two aspects: the demand of the city public goods increase and the relative supplies are insufficient in urbanization process of our country. Faced to unbalanced supply and demand of the city public goods, we first analysis the domestic and foreign related supply manners of city public goods through the third part. Then we establish the mode of the supply of the city public goods in our country. begin from the supply subjects of the city public goods and the mechanism of supply, we propose the basic thought of multi competition and cooperation. Based on this, we analyze the supply manners under each main body. In fourth part, we first analysis the domestic and foreign related supply manners of city public goods , proposing an city public goods supply manner which is suit to the real condition of our country–a mode based on separation of the roles.
