In the final analysis, the competition in the modern enterprise is the manpower competition. Owning a chair of efficient and loyal staff team is the key of sustained development of the modern corporate. Under the condition of market economy, the advantage of the enterprise is the human resources. First, it's the most important that the staff must be loyal , then it's to take full advantage of the ability of personnel. How to raise the degree of loyalty, How to train the staff loyalty and reduce the cost of the human resources, How to achieve the fully effects of the human resources, It's the research direction of the management of the human resources.In this essay, the staff in DongFeng corporation is the study object. After researched the theory of the loyal degree of the staff. This essay made an inquiry. it included national and industry factors,enterprise organize factors and personal factors. After analysis the data of survey result. Firstly, we find out the status of the degree of loyalty on dongfeng corporation, we found that the manager , employee that his age is more than 40 years old, the employee that his length of service is more than 25 years, their degree of loyalty is oppositely high .this staff is the nucleus in the enterprise , it must be the object of the human resources management. secondly,we found the central factors that it had influenced the degree of loyalty. It's the salary, welfare, professional training, enterprise culture, staff demission , system, labor circumstance, labor content, etc. Then, we found the relation between the degree of loyalty with the degree of satisfaction .and the relation isn't simple plus correlative. Finally, after getting rid of unchangeable factors, this essay educed the strategies to upgrade the degree of loyalty in DongFeng corporation . which included to establish reasonable salary system, to practice the career management,to set up the special Corporate culture in DongFeng corporation ,to establish the fair tissue system,to impower, to enhance the communication with the employee,and ect.
