With the rapid development of market economy in our country,one point that staffing and employee loyalty is the key to the sustainable development is been realized.In Fuxin branch of ICBC,the low employee loyalty is due to the long leadership distance,and the low work enthusiasm makes a slow bank development.In order to play a leading role,Fuxin branch of ICBC is been taken as the main research object.Through the questionnaire survey based on related literature,Factor Analysis is used to conclude the main factors influencing employee loyalty.Coordination Game is used to study the optimal combination between employees and enterprises,and Grey Theory is used to make a analysis how the main economic indicators are associated with the main factors that affect employee loyalty to Fuxin branch of ICBC.Through the study on employee loyalty of Fuxin branch of ICBC,the loyalty is low,and there is a high degree of correlation between the main factors that affect employee loyalty and the main economic indicators of enterprise.The main cause of low employee loyalty is the difference among gender,age,position,length of service and degree.Above the problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the improvement of the staff loyalty,and better to be helpful to the development of the enterprise.
