With rapidly development of global software industry, Chinese software outsourcing companies who have advantage of cost of human resources and high quality services delivery, try the best to compete in the market of offshore software outsourcing. At the same time, our software outsourcing companies have to face many problems, the most serious one is demission of employee which is caused by low degree of employee satisfaction.Taking the BY company for instance, thesis analysis and get the problems of low degree of employee satisfaction and staff's demission. After analysis of company management and human resources status, investigating of degree of employee satisfaction and demission reason, check out the key items which affect employee satisfaction, there are salary, career promotion and company management. Then thesis tries to know clearly what reasons make these key items happen from company external and internal. About external reasons, our software outsourcing industry has disadvantage of software value chain, coding and testing jobs earn a low profits and limit staff's development; mismatch between the engineer demand from the industry and staff'expectation for himself; world financial crisis causes the decline of orders and exchange rate of currency cut company's gains, all these reasons origin companies paid the less to employee and employee haven't too much career opportunities. In additional, internal reasons are mainly from the human resources management issues. At last, thesis gives the suggestions and solutions for details in order to improve the employee satisfaction and gather the talented people.
