Study On The Bidding And Evaluation Support System Of Construction Project Of Chongqing

Bidding for construction projects is a very important job, according to Bidding Law to study how to carry out this work better and make it more "open, fair, impartial, scientific and reasonable" ,is a subject of research purposes.Background on Chongqing city construction project actual bidding situation, in accordance with the following principles:①combined with the current bidding system in Chongqing,②rational use of the database of historical in construction cost and index system platform for city of Chongqing , by using the engineering information query, project cost forecasts functions, design the Chongqing municipal construction project bidding and evaluation support system. This system can prevent kinds of offense in bidding and make the Chongqing bidding construction projects more open, fair, impartial and scientific and reasonable.The main content of paper:1) Construction project bidding process, the specific methods for construction project bidding and evaluation.2) To reduce the subjective and arbitrary human action and uncertainty in the assessment process, to achieve a fair, just and quantitative assessment , study on the technical standard score.3) In order to make bidding more scientific assessment, study the construction cost and index system platform for city of Chongqing.information and make use of the database of historical data of similar projects, project cost forecasting, create a range of relevant indicators on total project cost , main project items, main materials prices, support bidding evaluation.4) Conceive and designe the bidding and evaluation support system of construction project of Chongqing. By setting interface of the bidding station and the construction cost and index system platform for city of Chongqing, according to " Chongqing city construction project bidding processes " and the related system of bidding, divide the system into four modules: tendering, bidding, evaluation and government management ,by different status.
