If enterprises want to develop stably and healthily and make better hire, usage, promote etc., they must establish effective employment career system.To win in the more and more drastic competition, enterprise must focus on employee's development, supplying good career future, creating good career environment and achieving grow together with employee. Now employment career management has become an importance topic of human resource field. Employment career system make the development of enterprise and employee together for its target, with Employment career theory to implement employee's personal growth and enterprise's persistent development.All kinds of management theories of employment career tell us enterprise must establish effective employment career system for their development. Enterprise should consider all kinds of influence factors of industry character, development course, business running and management mode to achieve persistent development.This thesis analyses the current status of employment career of D University press with related employment career theories, found that enterprises are trying best to supply develop space for their employee and do lots of basic work for employment career management. But current work of employment career management lack of planning, system, feedback and continuance due to late start of develop and management of employment career. Base on serious analysis for current status of press, refer to lots of documents and monographs, we make exploration to employment career, bring forward the develop system of establishing scientific and reasonable employment career system.
