Effective organizational career management has been taken seriously by more and more enterprises.In order to ensure the effective implementation of career management,enterprises must adhere to the win-win principle,the principle of sustainable operation,difference and development.In order to win-win situation between employees and the company,to realize the rational allocation of human resources and to realize the common development of the company and employees and the sustainable development of the company,the company needs to organically integrate the career management of employees with the human resource demand.Based on the theoretical research results and the current conditions of employee career management in Skyblue Co.,Ltd.,combined with empirical investigation,this paper analyses the main problems of employee career management in company: weak consciousness of employee career management,single career channel,imperfect promotion system,lack of pertinence in training and so on.The reasons for these problems are as follows: insufficient attention to career management,backward concept of career management,and low matching between career management and human resources management.Through the understanding and analysis of the causes of the problems,several improvement directions are put forward: the improvement design of career development channels,qualification of each channel level,promotion management process and training system.The implementation of the employee career management system will be guaranteed by means of organizational,ideological and institutional safeguards.After the implementation of the scheme,it will have certain effects on realizing the rational allocation of company resources,the common development of company and employees and supporting the sustainable development of enterprise.This paper is an application of the theory and method of career management in enterprise practice,aiming at providing reference for employee career management in Skyblue Co.,Ltd.,and improving the scientificity and rationality of the company's career management.This study will provide some guidance for Skyblue Company,and also provide reference for other similar enterprises' employee career management.
