The Research About The Match Analysis Of Organization Structure And Business Process

During the corporate recombination of the state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises, they always encounter some problem in matching the organization structure and business process. On one hand, organization structure and business processes are the basis and the fundamental for enterprise development, determining the layout of the development strategy, but on the other hand, between the theories at home and abroad related to organization design and process design and the actual business operation there is still a considerable gap.For this reason, on the base of actual operation in the inside enterprise, the following thesis issues a case and its analysis about the match analysis of organization structure and business process, in order to raise some reference advise.This article attempts to explore the approaches and optimization match from two aspects of the state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises in the process of recombination of the enterprise organization structure design and business process design and optimization of the match approaches by the research of the case, and finds some new trends of the supply organization structure.Through the analysis of this case, the author makes a plan for organization structure design based on process against the status of GWDC Materials Supply Company Ltd., hoping to promote the work of the company's progress, and provide a reference case for the state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises in the process of restructuring the organization structure design and business process design.
