After 18 years of hopping development, Neusoft Group has already become China biggest software company and China No. 1 outsourcing service provider. In 2007, Neusoft was listed fourth time in the Global Services 100 and also crowned Top 10 leaders of Emerging Asian Markets. Neusoft became the first Chinese company that entered the top 25 among the list of 2007 Global Outsourcing 100 issued by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP).BPO and offshore outsourcing are the next tidal wave in business automation. Just like what Victor Hugo has said, "When the era of an idea is coming, nothing could stop it". The era of BPO is along.China has already become a new BPO market focused globally, and Neusoft takes the leading role of this new market. In order to keeping the one-up position in China BPO industry in next 10~20 years, and furthermore competing with powerful emulant, Neusoft should seize this precious development opportunity to grow stronger in short order. Therefore, it is necessary to do research on Neusoft BPO Business Marketing Strategy.The author has studied on world BPO market developing status, pattern, trend and major clients and vendors, and also domestic BPO industry development situation and competition environment; then to analyze Neusoft resources, capability, advantage & disadvantage etc. in BPO business, and to work out many constructive suggestions for Neusoft BPO business improvement and optimization and also marketing ideas exploration, with learned marketing theory and knowledges. For example, she educed the result that Neusoft should emphasize preponderant products development, and tie in accessorial products with potential quality. That is to take call center business and IT helpdesk business as key stone, and to take back office business as secondary. At the same time, it is also outlined measures on Neusoft BPO business marketing in this thesis, like product policy, price policy, marketing channel construction etc.In addition, though BPO developed wonderfully in many countries, it is a brand new business mode for China. Because that BPO has high requirements on enterprises admittance, so domestic BPO vendors are still rather less, and so does relative domain theory and knowledge research. The author tries to present her ideas, and hope that could be somewhat helpful to Neusoft BPO Business development.
