| With China's economic internationalization's processing, as an important part of international trade, foreign labor service cooperation has made great achievements during the past 20 years' development. The labor export industry with Chinese characteristics has formed a certain scale together with a certain competitive advantage. However, the increasingly fierce competition environment requires the enterprises more for the further development. As leader of foreign labor service enterprises in Dalian as well as the Northeast of China, CDIG is doing well in Japanese labor market and maritime business. Besides, it also requires innovative management to develop a broader overseas labor market. Thus Singaporean labor market became the first choice.Focusing on the great potential and bright prospects of the foreign labor services in Dalian area, guided by the related theoretical knowledge of Economics and Management Science, such as market supply and demand theory, strategy's formulation and selection theory, etc., by means of Boston Matrix, SWOT Matrix, 4P marketing combined strategy and other research methods, this thesis conducts the study on expansion strategy to Singaporean labor market with analysis on the features of industry, the external environment, the supply & demand relation, the status quo of the target market and actual characteristics of CDIG. A combined strategy out of several formulated implementation programs after comparison. The selected combined strategy which has been implemented on a specific project, is proved to achieve expected effect. The evaluation and new points would keep the strategy improved.The subject in the thesis is the actual problem that CDIG needs resolving currently. The results of study will help the enterprise with expanding labor export market, increasing earnings and profit margins, and also reducing potential risks by single market business. This thesis is expected to be of the practical value and reference significance for the future work. |
