In this paper, firstly, the background and meaning of this title are given in the first section. Then, the enterprise strategy management theory is discussed, the commonly principles and the research approach of strategic management are also discussed. And then these theories and methods are applied in the management of enterprise development strategy. Second, various strategies are evaluated with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the company's development strategy is studied. According to the condition of the construction industry, we apply Michalle E. Porter's ' Five Forces Analysis' and the tools of ETOP to study the existent environment and internal conditions.In the next section, after the history and status of the company is introduced, the inner factors are analyzed, including the management, the construction ability of the company. Based on the above analyses, the advantages and the disadvantages of the company are defined.On the basis of the company's mission, the company's strategic object is formulates. The alternative strategies are proposed from the studies, and then evaluated by SWOT analysis, a development strategy is formed for the company: to ensure the development strategy of focusing in the vertical integration of construction, then try to develop other operations. Finally, how to proceed in the implementation strategy is spoken out. |
