The Research On Corporate Social Responsibility Of Resource-conserving And Environment-friendly Society

The lack of corporate social responsibility that has triggered a series of social problems. It has taken its impact on social healthy running. Researching about corporate social responsibility has not only belong to economic and management research category, but should been an important area between sociology and philosophy.The whole dissertation is arranged as following:The chapter 1 has amended and enriched a single one-sidedness analysis framework of corporate social responsibility in the past, while adopted the dual dimensions of structure and object , and made a more comprehensive summary of corporate social responsibility from stakeholders .In this article, corporate social responsibility is considered as integrated social responsibility of corporate toward their stakeholders including shareholders. This kind of integrated responsibility consists of economic responsibility, legal responsibility, ethic responsibility and beneficent responsibility. In practice, stakeholders include shareholders, employees, government, consumers, community, environment and business partners.The chapter 2 has retrospected the studies about China's corporate social responsibility ,and pointed out the deficiency on the construction of corporate social responsibility from four sides, and made specific analysis and in-depth discussions on the above-mentioned problems from the macro and micro levels.The chapter 3 has analyzed corporate social responsibility of the respective structure and object, and demonstrated the main corporate social responsibility to build a two-type social.The chapter 4 has put forward practical solutions respectively about their own enterprises, government organizations and the public on the basis of the study's conclusions between the internal building and external environment.
