Research On The Development Of Producer Service In The Construction Of A Resource-conserving And Environment-friendly Society

Along with our country economy development level unceasing enhancement, resources have become scarce, ecological environment is deteriorating. The contradiction between the developing of Economic and the constraints of environmental resource put forward new requirements on China's industrial structure and industrial development. The development of producer service can promote industrial structure adjustment and change the mode of economic growth. It meets resource conservation and environment friendly requirements in the "Two-oriented Society" construction background. However, the studies of domestic scholar on the producer service were always relatively macrograph, and could not systemic and deep going understand the direct relationship between producer service and "Two-oriented Society" construction, so they neglect the ecological function of producer service. Then, with the idea of "Two-oriented Society" construction is enjoying popular support; the resistances come from resources and environment are bigger and bigger, we need to combine the "Two-oriented Society" construction reality, and accord to the special requirements to the resources and environment in the "Two-oriented Society" construction background, research how to develop producer service and develop which type of producer services, which has a guiding role for "Two-oriented Society" construction.This paper based on the requirement of "Two-oriented Society" construction on the economic development, mainly discussed the ecological benefits of producer service. Firstly, this paper discussed the relationship between the "Two-oriented Society" construction and the development of producer service industry. Based on this, it put forward the concept of ecological producer services, analyzed the definition and classification, and combining the Chang-Zhu-Tan city reality ,studied the development situation of ecological producer service. Then, this paper studied the eco-benefits of eco-producer services on theory and its mechanism analysis. Combining theory, we put the eco-environment factors into the model in order to make further analysis of eco-efficiency of producer service and environmental impact by measuring methods and then combined business cases for verification. Finally, it analyzed some key factors which influence the success of eco-producer services and gave development countermeasures of Eco-producer services.In this paper I had such main views: First, studied producer service from the angle of ecological benefits, presented producer service could reduce the dependence of the resources and the environment for economic growth than give the competitive advantage to the manufacturing enterprises. This will widen the vision of studies, and regard the ecological function as a key area for exploring and research effectively; Second, in the empirical analysis, this paper put the resource utilization efficiency, as an important index into the model, in order to verify the ecological function of producer service; Third, studied producer service from the ideological level of "Two-oriented Society" construction, put forward policy recommendations to develop the producer service in flavor of "Two-oriented Society" , it had stronger pertinence and more realistic significance.
