A Research On The Construction Of Resource-conserving And Environment-friendly Society

At present, it has become commonly acknowledged nationwide to develop circular economy and construct a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society. The economic development of Qingdao is faced with such a contradiction between high-speed economic growth and relatively limited natural resources and environment capacity. Therefore, it has become a necessity to build Qingdao into a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society, which is both a long-term strategic guideline of national economic development and an extremely urgent task at present.Proceeding with the basic understanding of a resource conserving and environment society, this thesis analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Qingdao in the construction of a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society, and, in view of the current situation, offers reasonable proposals on how to construct a resource-conserving and environment-friendly. This thesis consists of four parts. Part one is an introduction, which illustrates the aim and purpose of the topic as well as the current situation of the research on circular economy, resource -saving and environment-friendly society. Part two focuses on the basic understanding and judging criteria of a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society, addressing the proposition of constructing a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society, and illustrating the judging criteria of a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society and their inner relationship. Part three focuses on the advantages and disadvantages of Qingdao in the construction of a resource-conserving and environment-friendly city. Part four puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to raise the building of Qingdao into a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society to a higher level.The paper developed the circulation economy, the establishment resource conservation vigorously to Qingdao and the environment friendly society implements the sustainable development to provide the reference.
