Start from 1980's, the pace of urbanization have a significant accelerating; along with it is the large area of village in cities. It has become the discordant note in the urban development, and brings the Government and people of many Problems. Villages in the urban area which have form such a complex dual pattern of urban-rural and many economic, social, space, environment, landscape problems and contradictions have become the biggest barrier that hinds the urban development.The emergence of village in cities in the process of urbanization is inevitable and most of China's large and small cities are faced with this problem. The villages within cities are the special phenomenon during the urbanization of China. It is a mirror of the contradiction of the new system replacing the old, and reflecting the uncompleted change of urbanization. Domestic scholars have done a lot of in-depth study on the problem village in cities, pointed out that the main reason for the formation of the village is the rapid development of urbanization, two kinds of land property right system of city and countryside and administration of "village in city" under different administrative of system city and countryside, droved by economy benefit. Among all the problems of the village in cities have, the land problem is the most reflective; the transformation of the village is a reasonable optimal allocation of resources.In this paper, based on the research literature, studied the phenomenon in-depth from the perspective of the use of land resources in the village, the article is divided into five sections. First of all, the first chapter provides an overview of domestic and foreign scholars' issues related to village research, provides this article a practical and theoretical basis. The second chapter analyses the use of village land resources and transfer of property rights on the current situation, the village land-use characteristics of the location, structure and economic characteristics of the village land use and the present situation of property rights transfer. Chapter III analyses the value of the village land asset management, content and characteristics of the management model, pointing out that land asset management is the effective way of moving the stock of village land and allocate land resources. Chapter IV is the case studies on Hong Shan Village of Wuhan, analysis Hong Village program and the transformation of the transformation of the status quo, pointing out the path that Hong Shan village should choose in the transformation process. Chapter V on the basis of the above analysis put forward several proposals on the transformation of the village and the future development of the village mainly from the use of land resources.This article analyzes problems of land from the village to form the internal system, so as to provide a reference to the theory of transform the village, based on this building a model of asset management for the land reform process of village, and explore the rational allocation of village land resources.
