Today, all enterprises treat employees as most valuable asset, and employees' job satisfaction directly affects employees' behavior, determines the enterprises' survival and development. Employees are direct creators of enterprise profit, if employees are highly satisfied with work in various aspects, they will work energetically and create more value. If employees are not highly satisfied with work in some aspects, they will lose the motivation to work energetically, and reduce their efficiency and quality, or even leave the enterprises. Therefore, enterprises must maintain and enhance employees' satisfaction in management and incentives employees' greatest potential, therefore allow enterprises to maintain sustainable development in the fierce market competition.First, the thesis summarizes the research of theory and practice in home and abroad, from the satisfaction research of foreign and domestic employees, puts out intension and theory basis of job satisfaction, and analyses major factors influencing employees' job satisfaction .Then this study takes Weifang Zhongbai distribution as an example, designs an employees' job satisfaction survey in accordance with the relevant theoretical theory, explores employees' job satisfaction situation in logistics distribution enterprises, seeks a method to upgrade their satisfaction and makes a proposal in management. In the survey, a total of 297 questionnaires were sent out, 275 valid questionnaires were recovered. Descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis were adopted in analysis. First it tests the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, and results show that the questionnaire is a reasonably acceptable one, and then it makes a descriptive analysis according to the scores in sample questionnaire, makes data preprocessing with factor analysis, analyses factors which affect employees' satisfaction with multiple regression analysis, makes a comparative analysis of factors affecting the satisfaction included in the demographic variables, knows the aspects that employees of the enterprises are not satisfied with, and what are the significant affecting factors, makes specific management proposals to increase the employees' satisfaction in these areas .Through the analysis of factors affecting satisfaction of employees in Zhongbai distribution company, this study believes that Zhongbai distribution company should improve job satisfaction from the following five aspects: (1) Establish a fair and reasonable work return system; (2) Establish a fair work evaluation and incentive system;(3) Make work rich, and strengthen employees' training;(4) Enhance managers' leadership art; (5) Continue to improve the work environment and conditions.
