| In the practice of real estate project management, the project management method the project quality, costs, progress is at the core has been widely applied and has made the further progress. However, it is difficult for this kind of management model to achieve three major objectives of coherence. From the perspective of human resources management, this paper research the topic of human resources allocation in project management, seize the first project management resources, namely, human resources. from the source controlling the key factor impact the success or failure of the project to achieve the effective management of the project.The aim of this paper, through analyzing and summing up the key factors of project management success, is to seek the human resource allocation method in project management.Our understanding project human resources management comprehensively and newly, provide a new ideas for effective project management.This paper adopt a progressive logic relations to demonstrate .First ,from the perspective of general concept , understand related intellectual content about project management and human resources projects management configuration, and analyzed the key factors influencing project management success and the important role on human resources allocation.
