American futurist Jonas bit said:"The future competition will be managed competition ,the focus of competition is the effective competition between the members of the organization and the outside organization". Information, thought as one of the three pillars of the modern civilization, linking with independent people, groups and organization as the whole , is the concentrated expression of rapid reaction and corn competition of the enterprises.As a manager , one of the top priorities is to improve communication between satisfaction and strengthening information communication. What are the forms of communication satisfaction? What is the state of communication satisfaction of the enterprises of Chongqing? How to improve efficiency of communication becomes the important topic.The study's background is the trend of human resources management ,based on the theory of communication satisfaction, working satisfaction and performance management ,from the statistics result of "Chongqing's business communication satisfaction questionnaire", surveyed the statement for part of enterprises in Chongqing, including the communication satisfaction of enterprises in different forms of ownership, among different levels of managers, new and old employees and the comparison of action of superiors and the willing of subordinates. The study analyses the statement of communication satisfaction and points out the obstacles factors which effects the employee's communication satisfaction, and finally gives the countermeasures of improving the communication satisfaction of enterprises: Organizational structure of the open flat; transparent corporate culture of warmth; a comprehensive three-dimensional management system; efficient channels of communication; advanced management concept of human nature; communication style characteristics and diversity of positive incentives to diversify. At the same time, The paper builds a communication satisfaction optimizing the performance management process, including the achievement of the objectives of the communication plan, the implementation of the performance of the communication counseling, performance appraisal at the time of the performance of face-to-face communication and performance feedback when the feedback communication.
