In modern society,enterprises how to grasp opportunities and at the same timemeet the challenges from themselves and the same industry,and get an inexhaustiblemotive force for sustainable development has become a problem that managers mustconsider. People as the basic constituent element of enterprises,their work attitudeand performance has a critical important influence on the survival and developmentof enterprises. Now,more and more corporate executives are beginning to realize thatthe behavior and attitude of the employees influence the job performance.Communication satisfaction and job satisfaction of the employees as two importantindexes influencing the employee’s work attitude,its level plays a role can not beignored for the employees’ job performance,which affects the level of firm’s overallperformance. The improvement of the satisfaction degree of employees has ainfluence on improving their work performance, therefore, the study ofcommunication satisfaction,job satisfaction of employees is important to improve thelevel of enterprise’s overall profit and achieve the goal of profit maximization.Through the relevant research literature of communication satisfaction,jobsatisfaction and job performance of domestic and foreign scholars on theoretical andempirical,we found that foreign researches on the communication satisfaction, jobsatisfaction and job performance started earlier, the extent of In-depth andwide-ranging of their studies have reached a very high level,however,studies ofdomestic researches for the three are mostly based on translation and summary offoreign literature,in view of the differences in culture and background,it is difficultto guarantee the foreign research results have the same guidance and inspiration forthe Chinese enterprises,general applicability of the conclusions in doubt.Therefore,this paper will through empirical method to study the relationship of communicationsatisfaction,job satisfaction and job performance of the employees in Chineseenterprises,so as to provide some references for the human resources management of enterprises and the improvement of performance.This article has conducted the research to a large state-owned enterprise in theBohai area,combining with the actual situation of enterprises to design the suitablecommunication satisfaction scale, job satisfaction scale and job performance scale,in the form of questionnaire survey on the employees. After the returnedquestionnaires were screened and carefully collated then formed the data our instituteneeded. Using SPSS19.0statistical software for the returned effective data withquantitative research of independent samples T-test, ANOVA, correlation analysisand regression analysis,then we get hypothesis test results are consistent with thehypothesis,the conclusions are as follows:1、Different individual attributes of employees have a significant difference incommunication satisfaction, job satisfaction and job performance.2、Communication satisfaction has shown a significant positive correlation withjob satisfaction.3、The dimensions of communication satisfaction has shown a significantpositive correlation with job satisfaction.4、Communication satisfaction has shown a significant positive correlation withjob performance.5、The dimensions of communication satisfaction has shown a significantpositive correlation with task performance.6、The dimensions of communication satisfaction has shown a significantpositive correlation with contextual performance.7、 Job satisfaction has shown a significant positive correlation with jobperformance.8、Job satisfaction has shown a positive significant correlation with taskperformance.9、Job satisfaction has shown a significant positive correlation with contextualperformance.Finally,according to the research results,in order to improve the communication satisfaction and job satisfaction of employees,so as to promote the performance ofthe enterprises,we put forward some suggestions for enterprises to improve the levelof operation and keep sustainable development.
