Since the China reform and open policy, the Chinese economy has continuously maintained the annual mean 9.6% high rates of increment, Chinese Large quantities of Enterprises is also obtaining the considerable development.The building of Three Gorges Project increases the travel area greatly. Changjiang Three Gorges Travel Company (CTGTC), this "hundred year's old-established shop" also obtained rapid development after this reform and open policy, but along with the sharp competition daily aggravating, Changjiang Three Gorges Travel Company has also encountered development difficulty. This article takes the CTGTC as an example, the utilization strategy management analysis method to reorientate the CTGTC's developmental strategy. Using this strategy, we can cooperate to develop the travel product and integrate the Three Gorges travel resource and improve the competitive ability.This article explains the strategic management theory get a general analysis to the definition, the structure and the progress of strategic management. What's more, both the external analysis tools: the five aspects models, external factor value matrix and the internal analysis tools: VRIO, value chain analysis, internal factor value matrix are also mentioned. In the last, we introduce the select way—SWOT analysis method, Boston matrix and the standard of strategic select.This article utilizes the five aspects model to analyze the travel market environment: using the external factor to evaluate the external environment, using the value chain and VRIO frame to analyze the ability and internal resource, using the internal factor matrix to analyze the internal environment. On basis of these theories, we bring forward the strategic future aim. Using the SWOT matrix to put forward the develop strategy. Finally, the requirements that in the strategy management process we must attach importance to strategic evaluation and control module to satisfy the enterprise's need are concluded.
