Development of integrated enterprise,is not difficult to find that in the early stage of enterprise development,in order to realize the development of a certain size,usually adopt the cost leading strategy,starting from the low cost to increase market share,to achieve the rapid development of enterprise scale,the Middle East X company is a typical cost leading strategy for the early development and strategy the success of the enterprise,but the enterprise entered the mature stage,especially the industry is relatively matured,the development of the cost leadership strategy and enterprises do not match,the most obvious is that the scale is still expanding,profit margins and profits fell,this time on the need for strategic transformation,this paper takes the X company as the middle east the case,in-depth analysis.First,at the theoretical level,the article introduces theory of strategy.The article analyzes the differences in strategy,that the essence of differentiation strategy is the use of product differentiation degree of improvement in the market to improve the product pricing power to enhance their core competitiveness and differentiation strategy the most basic element of implementation,foundations,strengths,weaknesses,and implementation of environmental impact was studied.In the meantime,the article studies the related methods of strategy.Firstly,in theory,this paper introduces the related theory of enterprise strategy,in-depth analysis of the differentiation strategy,the essence of the differentiation strategy is the use of the degree of product differentiation enhance the enterprises in the market of product pricing ability,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,and the most basic factors,the implementation of the strategy of difference the basis,advantages and disadvantages,and the implementation of environmental influence is studied,and related methods of enterprise strategic management is studied.Secondly,in the case,the article mainly through the description and analysis of the current situation of X company’s strategic result to put forward the necessity of implementing differentiation strategy,and through the PEST analysis,SOWT analysis,five forces model analysis shows the feasibility of the implementation of the Differentiation strategy,and puts forward the general steps of implementation.Then the paper proposes the development strategy,X company’s strategic positioning and strategic objectives,and the product structure adjustment plan,marketing solutions,organization structure adjustment programs on the designing framework of differentiation strategy.Finally,the return to the research intention,combined with the implementation of X company’s differentiation strategy,proposed the implementation of cost leadership strategy to focus on the differentiation strategy in the process of the implementation of the strategic transformation of enterprises,and should adopt the way and method,and summarize the rule,for similar enterprise transformation strategy for reference.
