The Study On Development Strategy Of The Y Company In Electric Power Reformation

Now and next long time, Electric Power System Reformation is a problem for electric power company. And the most important problem is the relationship of main work and the diversified economy .The development of electric power diversified economy will effect the electric power system reformation. And the diversified economy company must have a set of scientific development strategy for market competition. It's good for diversified economy company's development, the relationship of main work and diversified economy company, the electric power system reformation.From the view of promoting the electric power system reformation, this paper researches the problem on Y Company's development strategy. On one hand, from the theory and real diagnosis two aspects, this paper has analyzed the relationship of inside outside circumstances and the development strategy of Y Company. Here draws a conclusion, which only adjust the strategy Y Company could be the winner in the competition. One the other hand, this paper has further analyzed the outside circumstances and inside sources, the key success factors, the data of questionnaire about company's management. All of that promulgate Y Company lacks the core of competition. That means the organization structure, construction of workers; financial management and strategy management are all have many problems. This paper also gives some advices for the ruler of Y Company that should be pay attention to the development strategy at the same time of chasing the maximal benefit. Only drawing up the scientific strategy, the company could be realized sustained development. In according to the electric power system reformation, this paper also draws up the strategy for the Y Company. The one is interim strategy and the other is long-term strategy.
