With the growth of enterprise and the changes of the internal and external factors,The original enterprise organizational structure will gradually not adapt to the development of enterprise,enterprise must have its organizational structure changed correspondingly by innovation,so that the human,financial,material,information and knowledge can be used reasonably and the efficiency and long-term competitiveness can be raised,it also provide strong support to the realization of enterprise vision and mission.Organizational structure innovation is one of the main content of the enterprise organizational innovation,and promote enterprise development,innovation has become a new economic growth point.How to scientifically innovate enterprise organizational structure has already become the important research content of organizational innovation,This paper analyzed driving factors of organizational structure innovation systematically based on the absorption of research approach and research results from domestic and foreign related research .and do some more deep research to the ways and process of organizational structure innovation and also the hinder factors and risk of organizational structure innovation.This paper firstly reviewed the enterprise organizational structure and its innovation status,and then summarized the definition of organizational structure and innovation,defined the connotation of organizational structure innovation on the basis of previous studies,so as to clear what is the organization structure,afer which the development of the theory of organizational structure innovation and theoretical basis of the organizational structure innovation,and the organizational innovation process were reviewed.This paper analyzed the driving factors of organizational structure innovation from two aspects of the internal and external organizations,so as to find the innovation reasons, Also the selection method of timing of organizational structure innovation is studied, the main methods is to choose the timing of organizational structure innovation by warning evaluation of the organizational structure effectiveness,so evaluation index system of organization structure effectiveness and warning entropy fuzzy evaluation model were established.Then next,the innovation process of the organizational structure was studied, including innovation content and innovative trends of organization structures,ways and process model of innovation. The way of organizational structure innovation was classified according to the sources of power factor and the process of innovation,then established process model of organizational structure innovation so as to guide organizational structure innovation.Ihe hinder factors that may encounter in the process of organizational structure innovation are mainly analyzed from two aspects of organizations and individuals and the risks of organizational structure innovation were analyzed from two aspects of defects of the organizational structure itself and the administrative decision of organizational structure innovation,and then the conquering methods and precautionary measure were proposed.Finally,this paper applied above research achievements to the organizational structure innovation of enterprise A.With A organizational structure innovation for the application example,proposed an innovative solution of organizational structure for present situation of enterprise A's organization structure and its innovation needs based on the application of the qualitative and quantitative evaluation method to evaluate the effectiveness of the organizational structure.
