Since the middle 1950's, the theoretical and business fields have paid more and more attention to interactions between organization and environment, organizational change and innovation. The business environment has already changed fundamentally because of the fast development of information technology (IT), increasing globalization of market competition, and intense customization of product or service. Many enterprises in our country are facing more new and sharp challenges and more nice opportunities in the process of organization innovating with the coming of knowledge economy. Innovation of organization is a very important problem for many enterprises, and we should pay more attention to it. However, most studies on innovation of organization concentrated on the macroscopic aspects.In the thesis, the writer selected the meaningful topic of innovation of organization and studied it hard from the theoretical view and substantial evidence view. The writer hopes that he can offer a few commonplace remarks by way of introduction so that others may come up with valuable opinions. Firstly, the writer analyzed and summed up the theory on innovation of enterprise organization, studied the evolution and revolution of the enterprise organization, and inquired into the process of innovation of organization and analyzed many problems such as ways, opportunity selections and so on. Secondly, the writer analyzed the case of organization innovation by KAIYUAN GROUP. Finally, the writer put forward the future models of innovation of organization.
