Then, combined with current traffic condition of road network, the future traffic volume of the Chapei road is forecasted, and the road's construction scale and technical standard is proposed on the foundation of the analysis for the condition of Chapei road construction; What's more, after visiting and investigating into the spot, and combining union terrain, landform, hydrology, geology, meteorology, the elected plans are compared to propose the route trend, tunnel's recommendation limited level as well as recommendation project design of the large-scale bridge; After that, environment characteristic along the route and its affection to it are combined to propose the countermeasure for slowing down the affection. The corresponding estimate investment and economic evaluation are made for the route's recommendation plan. Finally, according to the project characteristic and the execution conditions, this paper works out the road action program and the plan of construction, and proposes the project implementation plan and the matter and suggestion exists in the Feasibility study.In the long run, road construction is this kind of infrastructure one that it has heavy investment, high proportion loan, long project time, long payback period of investment and tremendous influence on the society and environment.
