Feasibility Study On CX Food Production Center Construction Project

With the rapid process of urbanization,the improvement of residents’ consumption level and the transformation of lifestyle in China,with the promotion of chain operation mode and the rapid development of logistics industry,deeply processed agricultural and sideline food is more and more in line with the current situation of the transformation of residents’ lifestyle in China.Especially since 2020,affected by the epidemic of novel coronavirus,safe,hygienic,convenient and fast deep-processing food has been further favored by people.However,from the perspective of the development scale of the industry,the overall increase in the inventory of finished agricultural and sideline food processing products in China is small,which does not adapt to the rapidly growing market demand.Therefore,it can be predicted that the deep processing industry of agricultural and sideline food still has broad development prospects in China for a long time.The project studied in this basis is the proposed investment and construction project of CX Food Co.,Ltd.,which is engaged in the production of agricultural and sideline food.From the perspective of enterprises,the feasibility study before project construction is an essential key link.It not only determines whether the construction project is established,but also plays a key guiding role in the implementation stage and later management of the construction project,and directly affects the objectives,overall scheme and investment scale of the project.In order to demonstrate the feasibility of the project,based on combing the relevant theories of project management and project feasibility study at home and abroad,this basis studies from the following aspects:(1)Demand analysis of CX food production center construction project.Analyze the domestic market demand and the advantages and disadvantages of enterprise competition.The development of agricultural and sideline food processing industry in China in recent years was investigated,and the current market environment and market demand were analyzed;SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the competitive advantages and disadvantages of enterprises in the industry,which lays the foundation for the follow-up study of this paper.(2)Technical feasibility analysis of CX food production center construction project.According to the technical implementation process,sort out and analyze the overall plan,scale,products,site,technology and engineering of the project.(3)Financial feasibility analysis of CX food production center construction project.According to the national policy on economic evaluation of construction projects,the construction engineering,equipment and equipment installation engineering,basic reserve funds,and other expenses referring to the relevant national charging standards of the construction project are included in the project financial estimation,and the financial feasibility of the project is evaluated from the aspects of sales revenue and related taxes,cost estimation,project financial analysis,etc.(4)Social evaluation analysis of CX food production center construction project.Analyze the possible environmental impact of the project on the local area in terms of construction period and operation period;The employment impact of the project on the local area is discussed from the aspects of alleviating the job burden of the local society and improving the total income and living standard of urban residents;This paper expounds the energy consumption status of the construction project and the management measures for standardizing energy use and energy conservation.(5)Risk identification and avoidance of CX food production center construction project.Identify project risks and avoid them.In this paper,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to determine the project index weight and establish the risk evaluation model based on the current situation of the CX food production center construction project.Identify the risks faced by the project,evaluate the level of each risk,and propose corresponding risk avoidance strategies.
