Study On Design Of Exterior Space Of Villages Affected By Rural Tourism

The villages which are located in Yunan-Qianbei region (the south part of Chongqing and the north part of Guizhou) are material platform of the millions of local farmers who lives and works here. At the same time, it also shows the local agricultural civilization and the unique geographical features. With the development of rural tourism economy, many local villages are being renewed and repaired in large scale in order to meet the needs of tourism development. However, tourism has been a new challenge to the villages out space which agriculture is the dominant factor for. In addition, the current theoretical research and design practice in this area is also lacks, and many methods which were used on urban space in the past are transplanted into village space. In the results, it led to a series of problems. Such as loss of rural characteristics in village out space, the broken of the regional culture, public space can not adapt to the demand the activities of tourists and local residents.The writer targets the villages out space in Yunan-Qianbei area as object of study which are under the influence of rural tourism. We hope to find how to make out space in place and provide villagers and tourists suitable spaces through reasonable design. In the paper, I investigate some villages around Chongqing where rural tourism are developing. The studying is in the start of the difficulties and problem which out space encountered, Combined with the characteristics of the local villages and the space impact of rural tourism, and through my involvement in the related projects in Guizhou. Finally, I propose the pertinent design principle for the villages out space in Yunan-Qianbei area which are affected by rural tourism. The framework of the paper is roughly as following:Chapter first: The introductions, mainly elaborates the importance of topic, elaborated the scope limits of the study, and establish the research technique and the implementation frame of the paper.Chapter second: The plight rural settlements out space facing in rural tourism economy, mainly elaborates the problem in local villages out space, in case of Zouma village in Jingma town in Chongqing.Chapter third: The Features of rural settlements out space in Yunan-Qianbei area, through analyzing and collecting the characteristics of the local traditional villages in the past and now days, we hope to find the historical prototype of local villages out space, in order to establish hard basis for following space design. Chapter fourth: the analysis of impact of Rural Tourism on rural settlements out space, firstly, I analyses the overall impact of rural tourism on the whole villages, Including economy, culture, lifestyle and so on. Secondly, disgusts the functional and aesthetic the request which rural tourism make to out space, in aspect of the types of activities tourists, tourism development trends, the type of tourist facilities and space requirements.Chapter fifth: The practice of rural settlements out space design under the influence of rural tourism, to discuss the design principles and methods in the level of practice, in reference of the subject of similar villages design which the author to participate in Guizhou.Chapter sixth: the design discipline of the villages out space in Yunan-Qianbei area which are under the influence of rural tourism. According to front theory and practice of exploration, I put forward the design principles of the local rural settlements out space.Chapter seventh: the conclusion, carries on the review and the forecast to this research topic.The third, fourth, sixth chapters is the focus of this paper.
