With the development of the national economy,the improvement of people's living and the rapidly increasing urban population, a sharp increase in municipal solid waste,MSW problem plagued countries in the world is increasingly becoming an important issue of urban development. Garbage removal system is the sum of a series process of waste collection, transport, transit ,and is the first and foremost step in MSW management system, and is in an important position. Garbage removal system is a special kind of logistics system waste-compacting station is the hub of MSW logistics system.waste-compacting station can achieve the closure of transport, and enhance capacity of garbage and logistics efficiency, reduce garbage secondary pollution.Waste-compacting station is the centre of the logistics system, so its rational distribution can improve whole benefits from investment and transit efficiency, and location is the key .Waste-compacting station site is a basic, strategic and critical decision-making activity. Sitting is complicated and systemic, much must be considered, including resources and environment, the conditions of transport, social impact and other factors. The pros and cons of sitting directly impact on garbage logistics efficiency, and relate to the various economic, social and environmental indexes.The method based on index satisfaction algorithm is comprehensive application of four methods,the AHP, Baumol-Wolfe model improvements, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and indicators satisfaction rating a. First use AHP decision-making the affecting factors of sitting, and analyzed to obtain weights; followed by the Baumol-Wolfe improved model, quantitative calculate the specific numerical factors; then used fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to make qualitative factors fuzzy comprehensive analysis, Finally satisfied with the introduction of the concept of index satisfaction algorithm, and during qualitative analysis and quantitative factors, access to a better solution.The method based on index satisfaction algorithm is primary research method will be both qualitative and quantitative ,using it in location of waste-compacting station can gain more comprehensive, accurate and reasonable result.Through field survey, information access and analysis, the quantitative model is reasonable hypothesis and calculated, some qualitative factors were quantified, and the two factors were analyzed, designed to offer a new idea and a convenient and efficient new methods. Hope for policy makers sitting decisions and learn.
