With economic globalization and the continuous development of China’s economy,the competition is becoming increasingly fierce.The competition level between companies is escalating;it is essentially the talent competition which will be an important impact to the company’s long-term development.Motivation mechanism is a key component of the company’s human resource management.It is composed of a series of incentive behavior which was formed during a long period of operation and development in the company.It can promote a variety of motivate behavior to regulate the worker’s usual characteristics naturally,especially in their work mood and state.All kinds of companies to practice the motivation mechanism are essentially to stimulate work initiative and subjective initiative.Motivation mechanism promotes employees to achieve their own goals at the same time to help companies achieve corporate goals,and thus form a virtuous circle.The achievement of the goal,in turn,facilitates employee to work with a better mindset and greater efficiency.Therefore,the motivation mechanism is often determined the future of company.This paper starts from the background,significance,method and framework of the research.After summarizing the theory of motivation and summarizing the relevant research,this paper analyzes the status situation of ZT Company and finds out some problems inside ZT Company by means of questionnaire.The author analyzes the causes of the problem,and then explores the problems in the ZT motivation mechanism.Finally,it analyzes the process taken by ZT Company and gives some directions to be improved: innovate the welfare system,playing the role of the Communist Youth League and the Union actively,motivating staff through work design.Through the study on motivation mechanism at company ZT,we can find company develop scientific and reasonable motivation mechanism and accurately implement measures which could retain talent.Only by fully stimulating employee’s potential and their work enthusiasm,can the company develop stably in the increasingly fierce competition. |
