The Study On The Quality Risk Analysis And Control Of Automobile Construction Project

The article is describe about the construction project of automobile parts production factory in Erdosi of HuaTai group,which factory building is made up of steel,and the building area is about 27000 square meters,consist of the main building,public area,foundation and support workshop.Planned started data is 17 th Aug.2008 and finished data is fifth April next year. This article is analysis about the quality risk of the group , introduce the whole quality risk management of the project. we deeply know how to judge the quality risk and risk analysis and risk control based on the basis theory and basis studying method of project quality risk management.Project quality risk management is refer to those factor that how to distinguish,evaluation,control,It is a risk management through the process of project construction. The aim of this work is to identify and make sure how many risk in the project quality management. and what is the character of it, what the result it may influence on the project. during the process of this judgment, we must identify the loss that bring with the quality risk and the chance with uncertainty of project. This chance may led to extra income and favorite affect on the project. During this judgment, we can make the measure to solve the problem and keep out of the threaten and loss bring with quality risk and make effort to change the opportunity to actual income.This article analysis the quality risk based on the two method:1.Qualitative analysis which refer to judge .confirm and analysis the possible risk matter during the whole process of project management. It mainly discussed those problem such as whether risk is exist in the project management; the factor including inside and outside project is risk or not; and the degree of influence to project. It main aim is to identify the resource \nature and degree of the risk. it may provide the condition for quantitative analysis . (1)person factorThe construction unit of this project is CSMCC whose have many year experience on the similar project construction with high level of technology and strong ability on business. It has many skilled workers ,so the risk of untrained employees may omit, but the company have not enough concerned about the project, and this will led the workers working careless, and this risk will have large threaten to the project quality. And unsuitable due to health of individuals may not influence the quality. at the same time ,because the project have relatively cost, and the workers must work on shift, and this will infect the stable of quality.(2)Equipment factorThe time spend on the project is not quite long, so the risk of check Equipment on time have seldom infect on quality .but since the feature of automobile factory, which have large strength of mechanize, and large number of instruments. because the narrow of the site, there is easy to spoil the equipments, the affect the quality. and overtime working of equipment and maintain will be the possible factor the affect the quality.(3)Material factorThe whole quality of the project is base on the materials quality. if the material testing management got the problem, it must affect the whole engineering. procurement is done by people, and it have high uncertainty. as a result, procurement testing procedure is very important to quality control. as the short period of the project construction, the influence of supplier have less affect on the project quality.(4)Technical factorThis project construction unit have many years experience on the similar project and have good fame .They are very familiar with the technical term. and less change on the technical term on the short period, so there is hardly effect on the project quality. but we must pay attention to the level of design and reasonable of design, these will effect the quality directly.(5)Environment factorThe earth and climate of Domestic Mongolia have no effect on the project quality,pay attention to the fire factor.2 Quantitative analysis Measure and evaluation through maths method and model, the article use the analysis method on the five main risk factor, and come out the result with B1>B2>B4>B5>B3,and the person factor is the main factor, and C1>C6>C4>C7>C2>C5>C3,and working careless is the most danger. based on the analysis ,the article suppose the project quality control system, it consist of the overall control and the construction control. the overall control consist of the overall design and target system establishment; ten construction control consist of the information collection and handle ,and process design and quality control measure etc. to explain how to control the quality risk.
