The Study On Quality Control Of Shougang Caofeidian Coking Project

Project quality management is considered to be in order to ensure the project qualityproblems occurred in the middle stage of construction process, and through the qualityassurance system to anticipate potential quality problems, effectively control the spread ofquality problems and the possible chain reaction. Through the project quality managementis able to ensure the project in the plan period on time, according to quality and quantity,complete the project target that predetemined economically and efficiently. Therefore,project quality management is an important part of project management, its engineeringquality directly affect the enterprise economic effiency and future development, this papercarried out the following research.Firstly, by analyzing the current sitution of project quality management in foreigncouuntries, summed up the successful experience, and on this basis put forward someenlightments of project quality management in our country, provided an importantreference for consturction enterprise establishing more scientific and reasonablemanagement mode on the aspect of project quality management.Secondly, using empirical method analysize the current situaition of project qualitymanagement, and summarized the experience, put forward the existing problems anddevelopment trend, provided the referent experience for construction enterprise improvingmanagement mode on the aspect of project quality management in our country.Thirdly, using the method of statistical quantitative analysis and quality management,analysized the project quality management of22mcc group corporation, pointed out theexisting problems of project quality management, summarized the quality control mode,indicated the cause of problems, laid the foundation for designing new quality controlmode.Fourthly, getting experience, enlightments and referent management methodsaccording to analysizing project quality management both at home and abroad, combinedwith the practice of22mcc, designed project quality control model on base of qualityassurance system, and accroding to the requirements of new mode, systematically put forward some implement countermeasures for new model.
