They are useful for the airlines'investment in spare parts.At first, the article states the importance and necessity of investment. And then analyses the problems with two stages. At demonstration stage, discusses the theory of forecasting the capital demand and the feasibility of some other investment modes. In order to answer"which type of aircraft should be invested in"question, this part sets up mathematics models to forecast the expenses for purchasing and maintaining. Besides it also demonstrates inventory pooling is an economical investment mode.Making choosing schemes is the key research contents at operation stage. Based on reliability theory and the demand model of spare parts, the article uses marginal analytic method to seek the equalization point of reliability and fund. It will answer"how to choose the spare parts".At last, it is necessary to do a supplier evaluation. To the question of attribute existing with quantitative attribute at the same time and attribute weight having a dynamics characteristic, bring up an evaluation of spare parts suppliers based on fuzzy multiple attribute group decision making and OWA operators. It is more accurate for airlines.
