With the improvement of people's living standard and the deeply-going reform of housing system, the real property management, a newly-rising industry, experience in starting, development, and growth after, has been matured gradually. In the meantime, with the development of market-based, specialized and socialization character of property management, there will be more challenges and shocks in this industry. It is the first solved problem that how to grasp the position accurately, analyze the every problem to which we are faced, and decide the development strategy. My research object is D.C property management CO., LTD. It is virtual strategic meaning to analyze and study the development strategy for enterprise. The author makers use of some analysis tools for strategic management such as the External Factors Evaluation Matrix and Internal Factors Evaluation Matrix. With the help of these tools, the author deeply analyzed the external environment and internal resource.The analysis methods mainly used in this paper were PEST, Five-Force Model, SWOT, Value Chain, etc. Combining with the development status of D.C property management CO., LTD., this paper analyzed internal and external surroundings of the Company proceeding from the current situation of property management Company. In the first place, the writer laid a strong emphasis on the opportunities and threats of the external surroundings. Furthermore, the writer analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the resources in the internal surroundings. In the last place, the writer drew a conclusion that D.C property management CO., LTD. should implement differentiation strategy and brand value strategy to orient the market, and put forward strategy implementation and control measures. The writer chose a recently reorganized D.C property management CO., LTD. as a research object; thus the analysis was of certain practicality. Either to the development of enterprise itself or to the market orientation of the domestic enterprises of the same nature, the thesis will be of instruction significance and of reference function to them.
