The purpose of this article is through the actual analysis of ZXTX to analyze its strategy of intellectual property rights for its handset business and according to the problems in its strategic development to put forward suggestion of optimizing and improving, to promote the better the challenges at home and abroad, to promote enterprise competitive strength.
