Research On Performance Management Program Design Of R Real Estate Company

Performance management ideas and methods are gradually used by many companies around the world and have also been paid attention to by an increasing number of Chinese entrepreneurs.Establishing a scientific enterprise performance management program to timely and accurately evaluate the implementation of enterprise strategic goals is critical to the success of enterprise.In this paper,R real estate is taken as research object.On the basis of full survey and research of the company's related information,the basic theory of performance management is combined and the survey research method,case analytical method and integrating theory with practice are used for the Balanced scorecard,Key performance indicators, Management by objective so as to build the performance management program of R real estate company.The performance management program of R real estate company includes three aspects:First,the design of performance management support system;Secondly,the design of performance plan system;Third,the design of performance management operating system.Upon completion of the design program,the introduction,implementation,evaluation and improvement of the performance management program are demonstrated in this paper,that is, a more detailed discussion is had on the innovation of those organizations and systems,resource inputs,risk prevention and other aspects.Through implementing the design of the real estate company's performance management program in this paper,a science and applicable performance management platform is endeavored to build for R real estate company so as to improve the company and sector performance,improve the individual performance and promote the sustainable and steady development of the enterprise.The practice has proved that the performance management program of the real estate company based on enterprise strategy can make the organic integration of the company's strategy and performance management and better help the company achieve the strategic objectives boasting a great practical value and practical significance.
