China's economy has developed rapidly over the past 40 years of reform and opening up.Especially in the past decade,China's economy has been developing at a very high speed.The real estate industry plays a vital role and has become one of the backbone industries for China's economic growth.In recent years,the scale of real estate industry and the number of companies in China have been increasing.At the same time of rapid development,we are constantly exploring new strategic directions and management models.Change the business model from the early "Focus on investment & benefit" to the "Focus on talent & development".The real estate industry has realized the importance of talent team construction and performance management for enterprise development.Excellent performance management system plays a very important role in stimulating the enthusiasm of employees and giving full play to their subjective initiative.For real estate enterprises,due to the continuous transformation of the economy in the past few decades and the continuous renewal of policies,it has created opportunities and achieved a golden age for real estate enterprises in China.However,with the social impact caused by the rising house prices and the constantly introduced national macro-control policies,real estate enterprises have to seek new transformation and change to enhance their competitiveness in this special economic period.In the past,the focus of real estate enterprises is to find investment and exploit connection,and bid for more and better plots.However,we should transform to the direction of talent construction and vigorous innovation in order to meet current market demand.Talents have become an important factor in the long-term development of real estate enterprises,which cannot be affected by any policy.As establishment of a scientific and advanced performance management system is conducive to improving the work efficiency of employees and promoting the improvement of the comprehensive operating efficiency of enterprises.In order to effectively deal with the fierce market competition and challenge,to achieve long-term development goals,many real estate enterprises are seeking breakthroughs in performance management.Through formulating a set of scientific and reasonable performance management system,we can tap the development potential of enterprises and promote the improvement of comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.This paper adopts many kinds of research methods,on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the relevant theories of performance management,it adopts empirical research method by choosing BGY Real Estate Jiangxi Regional Company as the object,makes an in-depth analysis of the company's current performance management system,finds out the existing problems,and combines the current enterprise development strategy and planning,takes the Balanced Score Card as the research tool.Through decomposing the strategic objectives of enterprises and formulating corresponding performance appraisal mechanism.This set of performance management system is consistent with modern performance management concepts.It can effectively solve the problems existing in the current performance management process of the company and constantly promote the realization of sustainable development goals.Finally,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to ensure the implementation of performance management optimization program in BGY Real Estate Jiangxi Regional Company,so as to ensure the realization of the company's performance management objectives.In addition,I hope that the results of this research can provide useful reference for other domestic real estate companies in performance management.
