The Research On Dispatch Strategies And Trust Evaluation

Supply chain management as a new management idea, receives widespread concern from academia and the business community. Supply Chain Management is aimed at strengthening core competitiveness of the node-enterprises, rapid response to market demand and eventually improve competitiveness of the whole supply chain in the market. To achieve this goal, it is important to strengthen the integration of the enterprise supply chain, foster trust between enterprises and improve supply chain coordination among the members of the supply chain management which is the key point. VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory, VMI) for the supply chain as a new inventory management model in the supply chain, it is capable of building a integrated environment characterized of mutual trust and win-win, in this model the effective evaluation of the trust between enterprises serves as guarantee and bond between enterprises which are in the supply chain.In this paper, inventory and shipping strategy in VMI environment and the evaluation of business trust are the main objects for research, the paper builds a more comprehensive framework for the study, and the main contents of the study are as follows:(1) Inventory and Dispatch strategies in VMI SystemsThe VMI environment, inventory and dispatch model was expanded, in the original model, the loss of clients always happened because the retailers' requests can not be fulfilled in a long period, while in the expanded new model, the problem was well solved. Further more, delivery strategy is analyzed and compared from the business operating costs and the level of customer service aspects, hybrid strategy was proposed based on the time, the individual needs of retailers and the number of the total number of shipments. This hybrid strategy considering the overall needs of retailers as well as the needs of individual retailers, which avoided the loss of clients, In addition, the model for calculating the cost of transport, taken into account not only the number of shipments, also the means of transport The largest amount of load, which in accord with the actual situation of enterprises, and can provide more accurate information for the company's decision-making. The simulation results indicated that the shipments of hybrid strategy equilibrium of the best business operating costs and the level of customer service, which in turn, can support the corporate decision-making with better performance.(2) Inventory and Dispatch strategies based on the demand predictionIn terms of the theory of gray forecast, it requests less raw data, and has the accurate forecast. According to that theory, GM (1,1) model was established, it predicted the strength of retailers' demands. According to the instant request information provided by the retainers, the time and value for dispatch are well determined, analyze the inventory and dispatch strategy, then calculated the minimized operating costs of the supplier's inventory.The inventory and dispatch strategy based on the demand prediction determined the suppliers of inventory by considering the needs of retailers in the next few years, which increased the accuracy of corporate decision-making, and reduced the business costs.(3) Evaluation of trust level based on Vague setThe main factors which influenced the level of business trust are analyzed, an evaluation index system of business trust was built from the following four aspects, there are the characteristics of the partners, business partners and the relationship between the characteristics of their own characteristics and potential for cooperation. On this basis, Vague set theory was proposed, it evaluated the level of business trust level, and gave the algorithm steps the concerning the extent of trust. Examples showed that the Vague Set evaluation method is rapid and efficient, it could make different combinations according to their specific circumstances of different types of fuzzy information with excellent flexibility, the final evaluation results can be well summarized, so that manageres could have an intuitive understanding of trust between the partners, the use of Vague sets have effect validity and application values when it applied to evaluate the trust level of a enterprise.
