In the new economic era, the supply chain is a wider range of enterprise structure mode, which takes the core enterprise as a leader, the suppliers, distributors, retailers, service providers and end-users are connected to be a huge network structure, according to the collaborative commerce and win-win mode. This kind of network structure is an open, cross-vertical and horizontal, synthetically extensive complex system, with the horizontal competition among enterprises in different levels and more emphasis on the collaborative operation of supply chain enterprises. Only the collaborative operation between partners can make every link of the supply chain to be "no-slot-joint" and enhance the performance of the whole supply chain.Synergy as a theory to study how every subsystem in the complex open system work in coordination is an effective means to study the complex structure and order of the supply chain system. So this paper combines the complex system theories and the supply chain management theories and carries out a preliminary study on the supply-chain partner collaborative management conducted by using the synergetic theories, based on the research methods of the sciences of complexity.The domestic and overseas research of the sciences of complexity and supply chain collaborative management and the related theories are introduced, and the connotation of partner collaborative management based on the complexity of the supply chain is described in this paper first, to provide the realistic premise and theories basis for the research. Then, the integrated model of the supply chain partnership collaborative management is built up from the perspective of Reductionism and Holism on the basis of analyzing the influencing factors, to achieve the dynamic management of coordination and "no-slot-joint" of every link of the supply chain. By the evolution rules of self-organization, the state of supply chain collaborative management is qualitatively analyzed, and the order parameters which impact the system synergy are determined. To measure the effect of the collaborative management model, the synergy degree evaluation model of supply chain partnership is built up on the basis of establishing the index systems of manufacturer and supplier, which is studied by Empirical Analysis in accordance with the operation data of an automobile manufacturing enterprise in Shanghai and its supplier to evaluate the synergetic effects of the supply chain system quantitatively. Finally, according to the order parameters and the evaluation result of the synergy degree, the organized strategies to enhance the synergy degree of the supply chain partnership are determined, which provides a problem-solving idea of how to use the order parameters to control the systemic synergy degree artificially...
