Analyze the future development trend of hoisting machinery products, the problem which the factory faces for its development. In this thesis' analysis part, using the management, financial management theory and method, to analyze and appraise to hoist factory's property relations reform scheme, the worker's salary level after reforming. Analyze and appraise to the financial situation in 2006 of the hoist factory from three respects of debt paying ability, operation ability and profit ability.
