The Economic Benefit Valuation For HB New Dry Process Cement Project

Recently, the market of new dry process cement is rising rapidly. The broad developing space is becoming a strong push in the new dry process cement industry in China. Enhancing of the investment of the new dry process cement industry, improving the current cement produce mode and falling into disuse retarded produce energy is the problems that face China and the world.Investment institution of the new dry process cement project presented a various pattern with the cement industry developing, there is now considerable concern for the feasibility study and economic benifit evaluation of new dry process cement project, which directly effects on investment benefit and risk. So the economic benefit valuation of the new dry process cement project has theoretic and practical meaning.This paper therefore presents an overview of HB new dry process cement project. The project systematically was studied, using economic benefit valuation theory of the general engineering project and combined the characters of this project from the point of view of investment institution. Financial evaluation, uncertainty analysis of the new dry process cement project was performed using win-lost balance method and sensitivity analysis. Index system on economic benefit evaluation of new dry process cement project and appraisal model were estabished, applied to HB new dry process cement project evaluation. Based on financial evaluation, uncertainty analysis and fuzzy evaluation to the project, the results that the project is feasible were obtained. This production offers scientific method and guidance for the project investment decision of companies.
