The Research On Quality Management System Of DSIC

Dalian shipbuilding industry co., ltd. (DSIC) is combined on the basis of Dalian shipbuilding heavy industry co., ltd.(DS) with a century history and Dalian new shipbuilding heavy industry co., ltd.(DNS).The paper aimed to study, establish, maintain and improve the quality management system of combined DSIC by the theory of quality management system and ISO9000 standard on the basis of analyzing quality management mode of related ship corporation. The system passed the audit certification of DNV and naval/civil certification of Xin shidai certify body China. The certify qualification from DNV and Xin shidai certify body, China have been maintained.The results appeared that the effect and efficiency of quality management was advanced and the satisfaction of customer and related partner was enhanced by establishing, consummating, maintaining, and improving quality management system. The combined quality management system achieved the culture combination and method conformity and maintain the conformity, suitability and continuous effectiveness of quality management system.
