Study On Land Use Landscape Pattern Change And Driving Forces In Poyang Lake Region

Land use and land cover changes not only constrain the development of social enconomy, but also become one of the reasons leading to the global changes. Land use change is considered as an important process affecting the relationships between humans and the environment, so it's important to reavel the patterns and processes of land use change in the area of wetland restoration to understand land use landscape pattern change,the driving force and the conflicts associated with land use policy。As Poyang Lake region is typical of wetland restoration projects in the middle Yangtze basin, and is the case study area in this dissertation and its conflicts between humans and environment are very obvious. The land use change, the landscape pattern change characteristics, the driving forces and ecological influence of Poyang Lake Region among 1985—2005 are analyzed by using of the remote sensing data of 1985, 1995, 2000 and 2005, ArcGIS spatial analysis database, mathematical statistics,statistic analysis software named SPSS and landscape analysis software named FRAGSTATS. The main contents of this study includes:(1)Analysis of the land-use structural dynamics. Analysis by using 1985,1995,2000 and 2005 remote sensing data to shed Poyang Lake region at different times (1985～1995 years, 1995～2000 years and 2000～2005 years). Use land use change level, land use dynamics model and the land use transfer matrix, to make the qualitative and quantitative analysis for Poyang Lake District land use change. Explore three different stages of land use changes, and ananlize district difference of land use dynamic changes.(2)Analysis of the land use landscape pattern change. The land use landscape pattern changes of Poyang Lake in recent 20years are analyzed by using landscape fragmentation, diversity, evenness and dominance. The results indicate the shape of the cultivated land is complicate;the dominance of build-up land is increasing step by step; and the same to the waters, but the distribution of the waters is more dispersed. In a word, the landscape heterogeneity increased step by step, and land use developed towards diversity and evenness.(3)Land use change driven force analysis. Based on analysis of Poyang Lake region land use changes and landscape pattern changes, from natural factors, socio-economic factors, policy factors and demographic factors, make the analysis of driven force for Poyang Lake region of land use landscape changes. The results show: the major driving factors of Poyang Lake region land use dynamic change and landscape pattern changes are water level changes, economic factors, policies and population growth.(4)The ecological influence of land use structure and landscape pattern change.
