On The Sustainable Development Of The Export Of Marine Fishery Products In Ningbo

Accompanying the development of liberalization trade, a number of problems emerge in the export trade of the world marine fishery. As for international factors, under the excuse of protecting their own consumers'health, some importing countries have adopted rigorous licensing systems, strict technical standards as well as complicated inspections for the marine fishery products, and the lifted threshold has therefore posed a great threat to the sustainable development of the export trade of the relative products.As for domestic factors, the ever-increasing waste produced by the ongoing urbanization and industrialization has further engraved the maritime environment, which greatly endangers the diversity of the halobios, affects the sustainable development of the marine fishery products .Based on the above analysis,the paper tries to make a probing research of the export of marine fishery products in Ningbo from both theory and practice.The thesis falls into four chapters.The first part of the paper introduces the purpose and significance of the research, reviews on the related study both home and abroad, and then analyzes the existed problems.In Chapter Two, the paper analyzes the current production and export situation of Ningbo's marine fishery products. Taking natural and social economy conditions into account, the paper estimates the environment for the development of marine fishery in Ningbo.Chapter Three of the paper first discusses the TBT related to the marine fishery products, and then takes HACCP as an example to analyze the mechanism of the effect. Next, the paper makes a detailed introduction of TBT applied by Japan, Korea, America and E.U.Based on TBT cases encountered by Ningbo exporters in recent years, the Forth Chapter analyzes the effect of the TBT for the export of the Ningbo's marine fishery products both theoretically and practically.In Chapter Five, taking the factors that threaten the export of marine fishery products of Ningbo into consideration, the paper brings forward its countermeasures for the sustainable development of the city's marine fishery products eventually.
