Study On Mechanism Of Sustainable Development Of Marine Fishery Resources Of China

With the growing of the world’s population and the change of global climate,people around the world are facing the challenge of food crisis for many tomes. Thereis no room for further development of Land, and so we have turned to the ocean.Scientists predict that the21st century will be the century of the ocean. Throughmarine fisheries activities, in the use of marine fishery resources humans can get richfood for themselves, so as to find a way to solve the food crisis. But in recent yearsdue to technological advances, the unprecedented increase in the ability of humanexploitation of marine resources, we develop and use the marine fishery resources tothe extent to which is beyond their own resilience, and marine fisheries resources isgradually sliding into recession. Fishery resources sustainable use is woeful.According to statistics, half of the fishery resources of the world has been human fulldeveloped, there is still potential to continue to increase the use of a quarter of them,while the remaining quarter is already in a state of severe recession. China isaccounting for7%of the world’s arable land to feed the population, while accountingfor22%of the world’s food supply in China a lot of pressure, China’s marine fisheriesactivities contribute a lot to ease food. Sustainable use of marine fishery resources hasprofound implications on the development of our country.Through the analysis of the marine fisheries resource utilization history andcompare our current implementation of marine fisheries policy and the analysis ofinterests of the marine fishery resources in the case of our marine fisheries propertyrights system based on game theory, the article studies the behavior of the groupdecision analysis, and propose institutional arrangements to solve these problems.This article consists of five parts. The first part in section describes the research athome and abroad for the sustainable use of marine fishery resources, as theintroductory part. The second part as the theoretical basis of the article introduces thetheories of sustainable development and the definitions of marine fishery resources and its features. The third part of the article includes the analyses of the developmentof China’s marine fisheries resource utilization and analysis of existing marinefisheries policies. The fourth part includes the knowledge of the use of game theory,game analysis, in-depth analysis of some of the factors that affect the decision-makingof their actions on the interests of fishermen, the central government and localgovernments in the utilization of marine fishery resources. The fifth part is theconcluding part of this article. Based on the current system of property rights in China,the conflicts between the interests among the fishermen, the central government andlocal governments lead fisheries policy implementation poor. To establish fishingvillage communities jointly managed by the government and fishermen’sorganizations under the guide of government is a bright future to achieve thesustainable use of marine fishery resources.
