Study On The Risk Evaluation Theory Based On The Enterprise's Integration Supply Chain

The development of supply chain management is more rapid. Its risk prevention certainly has become a more important issue. According to the further development of studying on supply chain integration, there's an integrated supply chain management. This paper is to study the risk management of integration.This paper bases on the integrated supply chain model, studies on the risks'types, management theory, risk assessment and evaluation arising from it, and establishes a risk-evaluate model to evaluate the risks of different schemes.This paper improves a reliable method against the managers to control the risk of supply chain, and helps decision makers in the decision-making process, and plays a certain role in the development of enterprises. The managers can effectively control the risk in the integrated management.
