Research On Personal Financial Business Of The Domestic And Foreign Commercial Banks In China

After China entered the WTO, in the past seven years, the bank's personal financial business takes a high development. Many words regarding"Financing Management"mirror the public eyes again and again, such as"Financing Central","QDII"and"Structure Product". In this upsurge, under the double pressures of outside replacement and inside competitor, local commercial banks launched each financial products one after another, open the luxurious financing centers and build their service brand. At the same time, the foreign commercial banks were not plain sailing either, but met much block. Taking these backgrounds into account, it has been one critical challenge the commercial banks must face, that how to make a correct developing direction in the future, so is our research and discuss in this thesis.First, the theory of personal financial business was summarized. Secondly, the history, current status and characteristic of the personal financial business in China were introduced. Through the comparisons and analysis of personal financial business from multiple aspects, the developing problem of domestic banks and the defect of foreign banks were put forward, as well as the corresponding strategy and measure. Finally, on the basis of practical research, the feasible suggestions on the development of personal financial business in domestic and foreign banks were brought forward, and the harmonious development with them was proposed.
