Regional Integration Of Logistics Industry

Industry consolidation is an important trend in industrial development and it is also a way to achieve industrial upgrading and industrial structure. Regional Integration of Logistics Industry is the inevitable requirement that the modern logistics has developed a certain stage, and it is the objective needs of regional logistics development. And how to achieve regional integration of the logistics industry, will be the focus of the study at this stage in the theory and practice. This paper has studied the definition of the regional logistics, the relevant economic theory of industrial integration, internal cause and external cause of the regional integration of logistics industry ,the necessity of regional integration of logistics industry , focus on the use of analyzing the three main modes (M & A-integration, Union-style integration, and integration of clusters) in the regional integration of the logistics industry ;and also discussed the regional integration of the logistics industry based SCP, finally discuss the three models through the case studies in regional integration of the logistics industry, and make the measures: promoting regional economic integration process; speeding up the construction of road network , strengthening the process of logistics information; developing the services of specialized logistics , fostering the international competitive groups, adjusting the regional integration of the logistics industry-related policy.
